They will introduce exercises that can be easily incorporated into daily life, how to maintain a healthy mental attitude, and how to spend your time, and use a check sheet to create an original tea blend catered to you.
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy a relaxing experience in nature-rich Tsuruga.

Kagura Shotengai
wooden amulet Experience
Kehi Shrine, one of Tsuruga City's popular sights, is also famous as a power spot for longevity and marriage, and its symbolic torii gate is one of the three major wooden torii gates in Japan. At the Kagura Shopping Street in front of the shrine, you can receive wooden amulets with auspicious four-character idioms associated with each store, and at Kehi Shrine you can also receive a prayer stamp.
The Kagura Shopping Street is lined with stores specializing in Tsuruga's famous kelp products, as well as a variety of gourmet food, sweets, and miscellaneous goods.
③Japanese heritage Oboro
kelp sheet-grating experience
Experience the traditional culture of Oboro kelp sheet-grating, a Japanese heritage that was nurtured by the Kitamaebune, the traditional merchant ships that sailed the Sea of Japan.
Experience hand-shaving oboro kelp with one-on-one guidance from the craftsmen.
Tsuruga is the largest producer of oboro kelp, and this workshop can only be experienced here!
You will be impressed by the skill of the craftsmen, and be sure to compare the taste of the kelp you shaved yourself with that of the craftsmen.
